If you do not cancel the domain, the minimum contract duration the contract duration is extended automatically by the period of the minimum contract duration. See details of domain for information about cancellation period, usually 14 days.
Some domains (especially short domain names) have been designated as premium domains by the domain registry. The prices of premium domains are higher than the prices listed here. When you order a domain which turns out to be a premium domain, we will inform you by E-Mail. Then you can choose to request a price offer for the domain or cancel the order.
Revocation of domain within 14 days after ordering registrations is possible only when you agree to have the domains registered or transferred 15 days after ordering.
Due to performance reasons, the domain availability check is not always accurate. Please use the WHOIS database of the domain registrars (e.g. DENIC for .de domains) for reliable availability checks.

Zone setting changes are for free. You may ask our support to set the A/AAA/MX/CNAME records of your domain for you (CNAME für www und andere Subdomains).
Therefore, you can register your domain with us and switch it to your own (v-)Server or to servers of other webhosting providers.

You may use your own nameserver alias e.g. ns1.<your-domain>for an extra fee. For all domains purchased with us, you may use our nameservers for free.
